We make every attempt to ensure that are fees are fair and reasonable. We inform you of the cost of our services BEFORE they are provided. Written estimates are provided for all admission procedures. Verbal estimates (or written if requested) are given for recommended services and products during the appointment process.

At the time of payment, the check-out receptionist will review all the items on your invoice BEFORE asking for payment. If you have any questions or concerns about any of the charges, please let the receptionist know. She /he will assist you in getting answers to your questions.

Payment Policy

We request that full payment be made at the time the services and products are purchased.  For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks (with driver’s license ID), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.

Care Credit

We also accept Care Credit, which is a 3rd  party billing service that provides payment to us for your pet’s bill and then allows you to pay the amount of the bill to them over a designated time. Click on “Care Credit” below to learn more about this payment option.
